I don’t know much about the PDF, so I can’t vouch for its quality. But I recognize the names of a few of the panelists. One speaker is David Sifry, whose Technorati site chose GovTrack as their grand prize winner for a contest in January. Another is who I ran a profile of while I was an editor at The Daily Princetonian.
